Let's Go Fly a Kite...

 Utah has been SO WINDY. A couple weekends ago we picked up a couple of cheap kites at the grocery store. After we came home and put away the groceries...we headed out to fly our kites. Justin picked a Checkered Flag design and I picked Disney Princesses. Justin is definatly a better kite flyer. But we had lots of fun and stayed entertained for several hours.

Best Friends

Six months ago I married my Best Friend. I can't believe how fast the time has gone. I'm so grateful for every moment with this wonderful man. I love you Justin. xoxo

One.....Two.....Three!!

A few weekends ago, Justin and I watched our Nephew, Logan. We had SO MUCH fun playing with him. Justin decided he was going to teach Logan how to throw the popcorn up and catch it in his mouth. Logan was facinated and would giggle every time Justin would catch. Justin would count....."one.....two.....three!" and then throw it up. Then he let Logan try. It went something like this...."one......two.....three!.....then throw it across the room and laugh. It was pretty entertaining.

New Blog

So here's the story. My old blog stopped working. I don't know what I did...but I ruined it. I can't add posts or edit my old ones. I've been trying to fix it for about a month now...and I finally gave up. Luckily, I was able to copy and paste my old posts to our new blog. Unfortunately, I can't edit the dates. (If any of you know how...your help is greatly appreciated.) So it looks like the last year happened all in March (whew...busy month). But at least I was able to keep the posts for journaling purposes. That being said...most of the posts before this are old. However, now with my NEW AND IMPROVED (and most importantly functioning) blog....we're good to go. Now you can stay updated with the Bennetts. ENJOY!

Dancin Fools

So... the girls got a Dancing Wii game. I'm not really sure exactly what it is....but I know that you dance. The last night my Mom was in town, we went to Molly's for dinner. And they busted out the dancing game. It was so much fun. But we looked like DANCING FOOLS. There was too much laughing...and not enough coordination going on. But we had a blast!

Just the Girls

When Hannah and Mom came up for Christmas....we took a trip to Temple Square. They had never seen the lights at Christmas time. I was so excited to share this with them.

Christmas 2010

These are old pictures now. But I wanted to make sure I had them on here. We spent our first Christmas together in Utah. All of my family came up and of course, all of Justin's family already lives here. So, we got to spend the Holiday with everyone. On Christmas eve, we had a family brunch at our apartment. Both of our families came and we had a great time. (We got our new camera for Christmas, so I don't have any pictures up until we opened it on Christmas afternoon.) That evening we went to the "Thompsen Family Christmas Dinner". (Justin's Mom's family) Then we went to a movie with Justin's immediately family. We watched the Disney movie Tangled. On Christmas morning, Justin and I opened our gifts with eachother in our aparment. Justin bought me a KITCHEN AID!! I LOVE that man. He's SO GOOD to me. Then we went to Justin's parents for brunch and more gifts. After that, we came back home and my family came up to exchange gifts. Once all the gifts were opened, birthday cake was made, and pizza ready to go...we ALL went to Justin's parents to have a "mini party" for me!! We had homemade pizza and carrot cake. YUMMO! All in all....our first Christmas was fabulous! And it was so nice to get to see both of our families. Enjoy the random picutures below. (PS...Miss Molly bought us our Camera. Our previous camera finally died. We're so greatful for our new one.)
